20. Thomas Street Alley, 12 feet wide from Thomas to Spring Streets, purchased by Dinah Robinson on January 15, 1867, on behalf of Second Missionary Baptist (see stop 13), to allow safe access to Mill Creek for baptisms and social gatherings.
